Shah Rukh Khan’s name has been all over the headlines amidst the success of his recent starrer, Jawan. The film has already crossed Rs 1000 crores globally and entered Rs 600 crores club with its domestic box office collection. Prior to this, Shah Rukh’s film Pathaan that released in January of this year, has also shown tremendous performance and made it to Rs 1000 crores club with its worldwide collection!

Following the success of the films, it has now come to limelight that SRK has been receiving death threats. As per new reports, the superstar's security is being upgraded to Y Plus and he would be accompanied by six armed security men. 

As per the police, SRK recently approached Maharashtra’s Government for the same (receiving threats amidst the continuous blockbusters) post which, the govt. decided to upgrade his security.

For the unversed, Y+ security is granted to people who are facing the high threat perception and involves six armed personnel who work in three different shifts. 

As of now, Salman Khan, Kangana Ranaut and director Vivek Agnihotri are given the same security cover like SRK.
