Vipul Amrutlal Shah's The Kerala Story, directed by Sudipto Sen saw phenomenal success at the box office despite facing controversies at different stages. Now, the duo is reuniting for yet another film. The announcement was made today. Sudipto is directing a film titled Bastar which will be backed by Vipul.
The makers shared a poster today on social media. According to reports, Bastar will also be based on a true story. Sharing the poster, the makers wrote, "Hidden truth that will take the nation by a storm." The cast of Bastar is yet to be announced.

Bastar is being developed and produced by Sunshine Pictures Pvt Ltd in association with Last Monk Media. It is scheduled to release on April 5, 2024.
