On November 09, 2022, PeepingMoon had exclusively informed its readers that Vaani Kapoor has been signed for Nikkhil Advani's next production. The said film will be directed by Mitakshara Kumar. Now, two months later, there's a new development on the project. The makers of the yet-to-be-announced film roped in Shehnaaz Gill.
Vaani and Shehnaaz will be headlining the film with three more actresses. The Mitakshara Kumar directorial is said to be a light-hearted drama centered around five women. The shoot is expected to go on floors in March in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh. As informed by PeepingMoon, Prajakta Koli has been approached for the film to play one of the five leads.

Shehnaaz is making her Bollywood debut with Salman Khan's Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan which is releasing in theatres on Eid this year. Apart from that, she will be seen in Sajid Khan's directorial comeback 100%. Reports suggest that the Punjabi actress has bagged a role in Rhea Kapoor's next.
Mitakshara, after assisting Sanjay Leela Bhansali on films like Bajirao Mastani and Padmaavat, directed a web show titled The Empire.
