Jhanak Shukla, who shot to fame as a child artist, got engaged to her beau Swapnil Suryawanshi. She shared pictures from the intimate ceremony on Instagram on Sunday. Jhanak is known for playing the role of Preity Zinta's sister Jia in Kal Ho Naa Ho.
For the close-knit roka ceremony, Jhanak wore a bright pink and yellow ethnic outfit. Sharing pictures, she wrote, "Finally making it official! Roka ho Gaya." Jhanak quit acting several years ago and now, she is an archaeologist and away from the limelight. According to his Instagram bio, Swapnil is a mechanical engineer.
Jhanak's mother, actress Supriya Shukla, shared some beautiful pictures from the roka ceremony.
