The Global Citizen Live was one of the most talked-about events of 2021. The event was scheduled to happen in Mumbai, Los Angeles, Paris, New York, London and other cities. Priyanka Chopra Jonas was in Paris recently for Global Citizen Live. On Sunday, the event took place in Mumbai with the who's who of Bollywood in attendance. 

Aaditya Thackeray, Minister of Tourism and Environment, Maharashtra, attended Global Citizen Live. Mr Thackeray spoke about the climate change scenario in Maharashtra during the event. Sharing a video, he wrote, "‘I truly believe in the power of young people coming together & taking action to defend our planet, joining the Race to Zero. Because, in our fight against climate change, the time to act is NOW!’"

Anil Kapoor turned host for the evening and looked dapper in a suit. 

Siblings Arjun Kapoor and Janhvi Kapoor attended Global Citizen Live.

Young actresses Kiara Advani, Sara Ali Khan and Ananya Panday upped the glam with their presence.

Riteish Deshmukh attended the event with Dia Mirza.

Badshah and Aastha Gill were also present.

Ajay-Atul and Amit Trivedi also marked their presence.
