Trinamool Congress MP and actress Nusrat Jahan is the talk of the town. Amid separation from her husband Nikhil Jain, it was confirmed that she is expecting her first child soon. The rumour of her pregnancy ended when a picture went viral on social media. Now, Nusrat has shared some pictures on Instagram.
In the pictures shared on Instagram, Nusrat can be seen cradling her growing baby bump. The politician-actress has made no mention of her pregnancy but the pictures clearly indicate so. She is seen in a white top and blue jeans. She rounded off her look with a pink shawl over her shoulders. "Kindness changes everything... ," the caption read.
Soon after the pictures went viral, fans praised Nusrat and asked her to stay safe. On the other hand, trolls asked her to reveal the baby's father's name.
Earlier this month, Nusrat issued a statement saying her marriage with Nikhil was never valid as an interfaith marriage in India has to be registered under the Special Marriage Act, which never happened and so the question of divorce doesn't arise. The TMC MP married the Kolkata-based businessman Jain in June 2019 in Turkey. The wedding ceremony was conducted according to the Turkish Marriage Regulation.
