Talk about genes rearing its head in a progeny! Kareena Kapoor Khan’s latest Instagram post is not only perfect for the on-going Indian Premier League season but also might be a testimony to the genes of former cricketer and India captain Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi. The actress posted a picture of her son Taimur Ali Khan playing cricket today.
Kareena captioned the image, “Any place in the IPL? I can play too.” The adorable little munchkin looks super cute as he attempts to strike the ball with a bat almost as big as him in his hands. The internet was highly amused with the photo and the caption.
Taimur’s grandfather and Saif Ali Khan’s father, Mansoor Ali Khan Pataudi was a renowned Indian cricketer who also held the distinction of being India’s youngest cricket captain. His father Iftikhar Ali Khan Pataudi was also a renowned cricketer. Saif’s elder son Ibrahim Ali Khan is also often spotted playing cricket by the shutterbugs.
