Bollywood is looking forward to 2021 for good news. As actresses Kareena Kapoor Khan and Anushka Sharma are preparing to welcome a little member home early next year, Amrita Rao is also expecting her first child. A leading daily reported that the Main Hoon Na actress is pregnant with her first child with her husband RJ Anmol. The daily quoted a source close to the couple who informed that they conceived just before the lockdown. The daily shared a picture of Amrita and Anmol outside a clinic where the actress is seen flaunting her baby bump.
"She is loving this phase of her life. While people may not be aware of her pregnancy, those close to the couple are in the know. They conceived just before the lockdown and this phase came as a blessing in disguise as the couple could spend quality time together. Anmol and she are both private people and they like to keep things low-key," the source told.
Amrita and RJ Anmol tied the knot in 2016 after seven years of dating. Their wedding was an intimate affair with family members and close friends in attendance. The actress, after making her debut with Ab Ke Baras in 2002, shot to fame with Ishq Vishk (2003). She then starred in Shah Rukh Khan's superhit Main Hoon Na, Vivah and many others. She was last seen in Thackeray (2019).
