Akhay Kumar has proved time and again that he is a doting Dad. Today, on his daughter Nitara’s eighth birthday he penned an adorable birthday wish for her. He wrote that although everyone has been cursing the year 2020 for the novel and deadly Coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent lockdown, Akshay saw the silver lining amidst all this- the fact that he could spend time with his darling daughter.
Sharing an adorable picture of Nitara with him he captioned it, “As much as everyone would like to see the back of 2020, I wish this moment, this year, this chance to spend so much time with my kids would last forever, these opportunities are my Silver Lining to 2020. Happy 8th Birthday to my Princess, my Happiness, my Reason to still be a Big Kid I love my baby girl more than I knew was possible.”
On the other hand, Akshay’s wife Twinkle Khanna also shared a cute message for her munchkin. Twinkle who is an avid reader and a best-selling author apparently gave her daughter her new Tweak children’s book to review that is published in collaboration with Juggernaut Books.
Sharing a couple of pictures of Nitara, Twinkle wrote, “My little one turns 8! Along with all the strange and wonderful bits and bobs that seem to permeate her universe, the first copy of our children’s book-When I Grow Up I Want To Be.. has also been presented to her-for a review:) I don’t know what she wants to be when she grows up, all I know is that it’s happening too fast. #BirthdayGirl.”
