Kaun hai voh jisne Poo ko dobara mudke nahi dekha? Well, there ain't anyone we know! Bollywood's darling and an actress par excellence, Kareena Kapoor Khan entered into her 40th year today. The diva, who has been ruling the film industry for the last 2 decades, gave grand celebrations a miss and opted for an intimate birthday party with family at home.
Kareena's elder sister Karisma Kapoor, on Instagram, shared pictures from the birthday party. The birthday star Kareena, for the bash, opted for a chic and comfortable embroidered green dress. Going de-glam for the midnight celebration, the second time mom-to-be allowed her pregnancy glow to do the talking. She posed with Karisma, her mother Babita and father Randhir Kapoor for a happy picture.
Karisma, on Instagram, shared pictures from Kareena's 40th birthday bash. Calling her 'fabulous at any age', Karisma shared a pretty boomerang of her little sister.
Kareena, dressed in a gorgeous blue jumpsuit, posed for pictures against the backdrop of balloons that read Happy Birthday Bebo.
Hours before the party, Kareena, on her Instagram account, shared a black and white picture of hers and wrote, "As I enter my 40th year... I want to sit back, reflect, love, laugh, forgive, forget and most importantly pray and thank the strongest force up there for giving me the strength and thank my experiences and decisions for making me the woman I am... Some right, some wrong, some great, some not so... but still, hey BIG 40 make it BIG"
Workwise, Kareena was last seen in Angrezi Medium this year. She is currently working with Aamir Khan in Laal Singh Chaddha. The film will release on December 25, 2021. On the personal front, Kareena is expecting her second child with husband Saif Ali Khan next year. The couple's first child together is three-and-a-half-year-old Taimur Ali Khan.
