The Bombay City Civil court passed an interim order today putting a stop to all the baseless and fake rumours doing the rounds that GOQii, a smart watch with integrated SPO2, used for Coronavirus health management and FAU-G, the mobile game were conceptualized by late actor Sushant Singh Rajput.
This order states that all people, who have been circulating such ‘baseless conspiracy theories/ fake news around it’ will be restrained by Court from spreading this any further. The official handle of GOQii released a press statement wherein they mentioned the court order. The statement also gives a fair warning that reads, “We will be prosecuting such miscreants/anti-social elements in furtherance of the criminal complaint already filed before the law enforcement authorities.”

The FAU-G game was announced right after the government put a ban to Chinese game app PUBG. Over the past few days, social media was abuzz with how the FAU-G game, which was announced by Akshay Kumar was allegedly developed by Sushant. Akshay has also been endorsing the GOQii watches and donated them to the Mumbai and Nashik Police force in their fight against Coronavirus. However, the actor’s name was being dragged in the controversy pertaining to FAU-G and the baseless rumours surrounding it.
