Kareena Kapoor Khan's 'kaftan series' has now inspired her BFF Malaika Arora that she has decided to change her wardrobe during the COVID-19 lockdown. For the unversed, Malaika was seen sporting athleisure clothes as she frequently visited outside her gym before India's lockdown. However, to everyone's delight, she shared a selfie and a boomerang, in which she can be seen wearing a kaftan with a make-up look.
She captioned it as, "Yeah bebo (Kareena's nickname), I have swapped my gym wear for kaftans, blow dry hair for messy hair and make-up for no make-up in lockdown" with the hashtags #kaftantales and #summeressentials," clearly taking a page from Kareena's kaftan tales.
Reacting to Malaika's post, Bebo gave a priceless reaction and said, "The only thing you haven't replaced is juice with wine. Love you, Malaika."
Not just Malaika, Kareena has also been sharing her selfies amid lockdown. In one of her posts, she revealed her summer essentials comprise "messy buns, kaftans and homemade masks."
