Priyanka Chopra Jonas is one impeccably dressed actress who hardly ever goes wrong with her fashion choices. However, her risqué Ralph and Russo gown at the Grammys 2020 received mixed reactions. She wore a white fringe gown with a bold, plunging neckline that went all the way down to her navel. PeeCee pulled the dress effortlessly and received applause for her daring choice. However, a section of the internet including designer Wendell Rodericks found fault with her ensemble and hurled brickbats at the actress’s outfit.
Priyanka is not somebody who pays heed to online trolls and her mother Dr.Madhu Chopra also belongs to the same league. In a recent conversation with a news agency, Madhu extended her support to her daughter and also said that Priyanka is a strong woman who lives life on her own terms.
Madhu said, “She (Priyanka) lives on her own terms and can wear whatever she wants as long as she's not harming anybody. It's her body and she has a beautiful one too. Priyanka showed me the sample before she wore it and I thought it was a little risky, but she was one of the best dressed.”
Madhu further slammed the online trolls and said, “Online Trolls are mostly people with no enjoyment in their own lives, hiding behind the computer screen to get some attention, which is why they think they get attention by saying bad things. I don't give them attention."

Madhu’s response got her tremendous applause too. Priyanka’s cousin Parineeti Chopra hailed her and so did actress Neetu Chandra and celebrity designer Ami Patel.
