1. Rasika is surely a fine actor now but that was not her plan initially. Before joining the world of entertainment, she attained a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics from Lady Shri Ram College for Women in Delhi in 2004.
2. When interest in acting rose for Rasika, she enrolled in FTII after her graduation for a postgraduate diploma in the field of acting. There, she was taught by stalwart Naseeruddin Shah and had many of her contemporaries in the college like actor Sayani Gupta.
