Kriti Kharbanda is now a busy actress with back to back releases. After Housefull 4, the actress is all set for her next, a drama-comedy by Anees Bazmee titled Pagalpanti. While promoting her film recently, the actress revealed that her 2017 film Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana, which changed her life as an actor, is all set for a part 2. Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana is a 2017 Indian Hindi romantic drama film directed by Ratnaa Sinha. The film starred Rajkummar Rao as an IAS Officer and Kriti Kharbanda as a PCS Officer, who are brought together by a marriage proposal and fall in love with each other during the process but on the night of their marriage destiny takes the two of them in two different directions. The film had a worldwide release on November 10, 2017. The film only managed to do average business in India but gained cult status from fans who appreciated its story, dialogues, and twists.
Kriti announced its part 2 and said, "Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana changed my life and it is because of that film that I got Housefull 4. Sajid (Nadiadwala) sir had actually watched Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana after which he said that we will do Housefull together. We’re already in the making of Shaadi Mein Zaroor Aana 2 and it’s in the scripting process already."
Pagalpanti is all set to release on November 15, 2019.
