Kamal Haasan to play a nonagenarian in Indian 2, an elaborate action sequence is also in the works

Kamal Haasan is presently busy shooting for his upcoming film Indian 2 with director Shankar. Now, the latest buzz about his role has come out. The film’s stunt coordinator Peter Hein in an interview has revealed an interesting detail about the film.

As per reports, Haasan will essay the role of a nonagenarian in Indian 2. Hein said in an interview, “Being a perfectionist, Kamal sir wants the action episode to be lively and his body language is perfect for a ninety-year-old." Apparently, the makers at Lyca Productions have planned an elaborate stunt sequence in Bhopal that will be directed by Hein. The sequence will include almost 2000 junior artists.

Haasan played an octogenarian in the prequel Indian that released way back in 1996. The role was much appreciated as well as his look in the film. Now, the sequel Indian 2 is set a decade later after Haasan’s character flees from India in the prequel.

It is also rumoured that Anil Kapoor is has been roped in to play the antagonist in the film and a photo of the actor with Shankar went viral on social media. Indian 2 also stars Kajal Aggarwal, Rakul Preet, Siddharth, Priya Bhavani Shankar, Bobby Simhaa and Vidyut Jammwal.
