Sushant Singh Rajput’s and Shraddha Kapoor’s film Chhichhore has got a decent start at the box office. It has also received good reviews from all the critics. However, its box office collections might be in jeopardy as the infamous online piracy website Tamilrockers has leaked the film online. The notorious website illegally provides the pirated print of latest films, in almost every language. They started out with Tamil films but have now shifted their focus to Bollywood films too. They also prey on Hollywood hits and the most awaited television series.
According to media buzz, Tamilrockers record the films at a local theatre and then release it online for free in HD print. The authorities have tried to put a stop on them but to no avail as they keep changing their domain extension. Besides, Chhichhore other films such as Gorilla, Super 30, Saaho, Men In Black: International, NGK, Article 15, Spider-Man Far From Home, 2.0 and Oh! Baby has been released online by them.
Chhichhore also stars Naveen Polishety, Tahir Raj Bhasin, Prateik Babbar, Tushar Pandey and Varun Sharma. The film has been directed by Nitesh Tiwari and is a campus comedy-drama produced by Sajid Nadiadwala under the banner of Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment. The film released yesterday and has garnered around Rs 7.32 crore on Day 1 at the box office.
