A European artist has accused the makers of Judgemental Hai Kya of plagiarism. Flora Borsi, a photographer and artist based in Hungary, shared one of the posters of the film and took to both Twitter and Facebook to point out the stark similarities with one of her works. The poster that features Judgemental Hai Kya co-stars Kangana Ranaut and Rajkummar Rao is exactly similar to the artwork of the Hungary based artist, Flora.
Flora captioned the image as "this movie poster plagarised my art! Could someone explain what’s happening, please? This is not right. #JudgementallHaiKya @balajimotionpic @sheenagola ??"

On Facebook, Flora wrote, "Any similarities? It’s a famous bollywood movie poster called “Judgementall Hai Kya”. They didn’t ask for any permission nor reached me out. It’s a shame for big companies plagarising freelance artists work.."
Flora shared another poster of Rajkummar from the film which started similarity with another artist's work. She captioned it as, "I just found out I'm not alone in this as an artist.. made a little research. #JudgementallHaiKya"

No response from the team of Balaji's Judgemental Hai Kya has come yet.
