A fresh new pairing is on the horizon. Actor Sunny Singh who was last seen in the Kartik Aaryan starrer Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety will be seen in a next big comedy film opposite Fatima Sana Shaikh. A trade website reported that the stars have been locked for the film and they were visibly excited to be a part of the romantic comedy.
The film is going to be produced by Ajay Kapoor and backed by his production company Kyta Productions. The breezy romantic comedy is scheduled to be directed by Satish Rajwade who directed the Marathi hit film Aapla Manus last year. The website reported that the film is supposed to go on floors in the next couple of months and confirmation on the same is expected soon from the makers of the film.

Fatima was last seen in Aamir Khan, Amitabh Bachchan and Katrina Kaif starrer Thugs of Hindostan. However, the film failed to live up to the expectations and failed miserably at the box office. On the other hand, Sunny will be seen in Navjot Gulati's romantic comedy Jai Mummy Di that had an ensemble cast co-starring Sonnalli Seygall, Supriya Pathak and Poonam Dhillon. The film is scheduled to release on July 12.
