Sonakshi Sinha might not have attained heights of success like Alia Bhatt but she is one actress who has had no dearth of films in her kitty. After Juhi Chawla, she is probably the best actress to have superb comic timing and an expression to match every situation. In the trailer of her latest film Khandaani Shafakhana, she proves this point with alacrity. She is on a mission to eradicate sex from the taboo list and ropes in the aid of Varun Sharma and Badshah.
The film has a hilarious tagline to boot and claims to be the ‘only sex film for the whole family’. Sonakshi reluctantly inherits a sex clinic from her uncle Kulbhushan Kharbanda but eventually realizes that she is helping a lot of people. She takes it upon herself to eradicate the stigma around sex and also turn a business opportunity into a profit making scheme.
The film is the acting debut of rapper Badshah and he seems to be on a roll as he is roped in by Sonakshi to advocate about sex. Varun and Badshah are hilarious and so is Sonakshi. Annu Kapoor makes an appearance at the start and we’re sure he will belt out another superb performance as he did in Vicky Donor. Khandaani Shafakhana is the directorial debut of Shilpi Dasgupta and is Bhushan Kumar, Mahaveer Jain, Mrighdeep Singh Lamba, Divya Khosla Kumar and Krishan Kumar. The film is slated to release on July 26.
