Sara Ali Khan has started filming Imtiaz Ali’s project with Kartik Aaryan as pictures and videos of the actors from the sets of the film in Delhi emerged on social media and are being circulated online. In a picture that has surfaced from the sets of the film, Sara, glamorous in a red dress, has been photographed with Kartik, casually dressed in a tee and pants. The scene appears to be shot in a dhaba.

In another short clip, Sara, dressed in a white crop top and pants, is seen shooting for a scene during which she is busy on a call and walks down the street.

Rumours of Kartik and Sara co-starring in Imtiaz Ali’s film have been doing the rounds for a while but the actor only confirmed the news to a leading daily on March 1, saying, “Yes, I am doing Imtiaz sir’s next film. He is one of my favourite filmmakers and I have always wanted to work with him. I am glad it’s finally happening.” The film reportedly stars Randeep Hooda as well.
Imtiaz’s film with Kartik and Sara is reported to be a sequel to the director’s 2009 film Love Aaj Kal but no official confirmation has been made on rumours as such so far.

Sara made her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath in 2018, and subsequently appeared opposite Ranveer Singh in Simmba. Kartik Aaryan is the star of films Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Pyaar Ka Punchnama 2 and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, while his new film Luka Chhupi released on March 1.
