And it’s a 'picture wrap' on Bharat, Katrina Kaif announced on Instagram on Tuesday as she shared a photograph with co-star Salman Khan and thanked the team for an exhilarating experience. Katrina, pretty in a black top and denims while Salman, handsome in casuals, were all smiles in the picture. In her post, Katrina said that her character in Bharat is the “most incredible & exciting” while the process of filming has been “so inspiring”.
Describing Salman, producer Atul Agnihotri and director Ali Abbas Zafar as the “bestest boys” and Atul’s wife Alvira Khan as the “bestest girl,” Katrina wrote a memorable thank you note.

Salman and Katrina wrapped Bharat after shooting a “crucial emotional scene” in Mumbai on March 2, a leading daily had reported. Atul had also shared these videos after wrapping Bharat.

The teaser of Bharat, which dropped online in January, depicted that the film spans across the “journey of a man and a nation together” and features Salman as a navy officer, a stunt artiste, an ageing boxer and a coal miner. In one of the scenes in the teaser, Salman also appeared in formals, at the Wagah Border.
Bharat is an official adaptation of 2014 South Korean film Ode To My Father. It is produced by Atul Agnihotri’s Reel Life Production Pvt Ltd and Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series. The film also stars Sunil Grover, Disha Patani, Tabu and Nora Fatehi.
Bharat is scheduled to release on Eid 2019.
