Chandigarh 1072's Punjabi munda Dub Sharma showcases rapping skills in Ranveer Singh's Gully Boy series Voice Of The Streets

The  Voice of the Streets series from the makers of Gully Boy has managed to showcase rap and hip hop artists in a beautiful manner. After five amazing episodes of the series, the sixth one is featuring one of Gully Boy's music composers and renowned composer and rapper Chandigarh 1702's Munda Sid Sharma a.k.a. Dub Sharma.

The first five episodes featured Naezy, Spitfire, MC Altaf, KR$NA, Kaam Bhaari and now the latest episode with Dub Sharma is out.

In the 6th episode of Voice of the Streets, Dub raps about the real state of the society around him. He has also lent his vocals for two songs in the Gully Boy Jukebox titled  Jingostan Beatbox and Azadi.

Voice of the Streets is the original Gully Boy capsule series consists of renowned rappers from the streets will be featured in one minute video. The raps are written and sung by the rappers himself.

Gully Boy is a story inspired by slum rappers of Dharavi. Ranveer Singh, who is paired opposite Alia Bhatt for the first time on the big screen, is playing the role of a street rapper. The film also marks the first time that Alia will be working with Excel Entertainment and Zoya Akhtar. The actress will be seen in a never-seen-before avatar in Gully Boy.

Ranveer Singh's character is inspired by the journeys of Indian rappers Neazy aka Naved Shaikh and Divine aka Vivian Fernandes. The audience has been hailing the rapper avatar of Ranveer in the real world of underground music created by Zoya Akhtar.

Gully Boy is produced by Ritesh Sidhwani and Farhan Akhtar under the banner of Excel Entertainment in association with Tiger Baby and this film on the underground rap movement in India is slated to release on February 14.
