Kartik Aaryan has dismissed rumours of his alleged affair with his Pati Patni Aur Woh remake co-star Ananya Panday and told a leading daily that it is nothing but “random talk”. Before Pati Patni Aur Woh remake was announced, Kartik and Ananya were spotted together a couple of times at restaurants in Mumbai that escalated link-up rumours. But Kartik was quick enough to respond to the question by saying, “Rumour toh rumour hai na”.
Soon after, Pati Patni Aur Woh was announced earlier in January with Kartik, Bhumi Pednekar and Ananya in the lead roles. Kartik, thus, also told the daily that he is looking forward to work with Ananya in the film apart from, of course, rubbishing dating rumours. “It is just random talk. I look forward to shooting for the film with Ananya,” Kartik said.

Asked whether Kartik is dating ‘someone’, his response was pretty much stereotypical as he told the daily, “I am in a relationship with my work.”

Let’s get back to work for now. Pati Patni Aur Woh is an adaptation of B.R. Chopra's 1978 film of the same name. Producers Bhushan Kumar, Juno Chopra and Abhay Chopra, who last produced Bhoothnath Returns, will be collaborating for the film, directed by Mudassar Aziz.

Kartik Aaryan, star of films Pyaar Ka Punchnama, Guest iin London and Sonu Ke Titu Ki Sweety, will appear next in Luka Chuppi opposite Kriti Sanon.
Ananya Panday, daughter of actor Chunky Panday and Bhavna Pandey, is making her debut in Bollywood with Student Of The Year 2, co-starring Tiger Shroff and Tara Sutaria.
