2018 will be remembered as the year when the Bollywood celebrities got hitched and look like 2019 will also be the same as Prateik Babbar and girlfriend Sanya Sagar tied the knot too. The first photos of the couple from their nuptials sent the social media in a tizzy as they were clicked during their wedding which followed Marathi traditions. Fans and well-wishers have been showering love on the newlyweds.
A leading daily reported the inside details of the wedding which was a strictly family affair with only close friends and family in attendance. According to the reports, Prateik’s father veteran actor and politician Raj Babbar was very excited and shook a leg to Bachna Ae Haseeno.

Prateik’s sister Juuhi Babbar told the daily, “It was a great wedding. Prateik is the baby of the house and him getting married is an amazing feeling. God bless Sanya and him.” Talking about their father dancing at the wedding, Juuhi further said, “We all go mad once the music starts playing. It was one of the biggest days in my father’s life. It is rare to see him dance but he did a lot of it at the wedding. He was very happy."

Sanya is a film-maker by profession and the couple had got engaged last year on January 22. Juuhi revealed that the couple does not have immediate honeymoon plans as Prateik has professional commitments to adhere to. However, the newlyweds will be holding a flapper-themed party on Friday for their friends and colleagues from the film industry.
