The fans of Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan were gung-ho when they heard that the actors are going to team up once again in Sarvesh Mewara’s film titled Gulab Jamun. However, now the actors have once again dampened the enthusiasm as they have reportedly walked out of the film, as they had some pressing issues with the script. According to the media reports, the couple asked the makers to make some changes in the script but while the changes were being made they decided to quit the film. Anurag Kashyap was producing the film.
The film was supposed to go on floors later this month. In an earlier interview, Aishwarya had spoken about signing the film. She said, “AB and I have agreed to do Gulab Jamun. I told AB that he needs to decide what he wants to do after Manmarziyaan. We had agreed on the idea then. However, it was around the same time that AB decided to take a time-out. After the hiatus, he returned with Manmarziyaan, which coincidentally is directed by Anurag Kashyap. That's when the chatter around Gulab Jamun began again, and we finally came on board. It is a beautiful script, and we fit the narrative perfectly."

However, as per reports published in a leading daily, the actors have decided not to go ahead with the film. The fans of the power couple will have to wait for some more time before they eventually get to see them together on the big screen once again.
