Kareena Kapoor Khan is delighted with Sara Ali Khan’s performance in Kedarnath so much so that she is planning to host a party in honour of her impressive debut, a leading daily reports. Sara, Saif Ali Khan’s first child with former wife Amrita Singh, made her debut in Bollywood with Kedarnath, which released last week while the young actress’ performance has been applauded by critics and fans.
After Kedarnath, Sara will appear in Simmba opposite Ranveer Singh while sources told the daily that Kareena will invite Saif and her close friends to the party. In fact, Kareena will be supervising arrangements for the do herself. Over the weekend, Kareena and Saif were spotted at a theatre in Mumbai as they watched Kedarnath together.

“Kareena is planning to host a get-together next week. She was impressed with Sara's powerful performance in Kedarnath. With an impending entertainer in Simmba, Kareena thinks Sara has been judicious with her choice of movies, and has the potential to make it big in the industry. Kareena Kapoor Khan will invite her and Saif's close friends to the do. She will personally be overseeing the arrangements for the bash,” a source told the daily, adding that Saif and Kareena will leave for their annual holiday after the party.
Kedarnath, directed by Abhishek Kapoor, casts Sara opposite Sushant Singh Rajput. Simmba, on the other hand, is scheduled to release on December 28.

Saif and Amrita Singh divorced in 2004 and ever since Sara lives with her mother. But she visits Saif more than often and spends time with her father. Saif married Kareena Kapoor in 2012 and their first child, son Taimur, was born in 2016.
