Bollywood’s star couple Deepika Padukone and Ranveer Singh will soon be joined in holy matrimony. With less than 48 hours left for the year’s grandest and most-awaited wedding, fans and media houses alike are in frenzy to know more about the wedding. Deepika and Ranveer left for Italy on November 10 and as per latest reports in the media, the preparations for the wedding is in full swing at Lake Como in Italy.
Their pre-wedding festivities will start with the sangeet ceremony in which Ranveer is reportedly going to groove on the 90s hit songs of Akshay Kumar, Govinda and Anil Kapoor. However, keeping in mind that the power couple is a magnanimous pair, they have requested their family and friends to not bestow them with lavish wedding gifts but instead, make meaningful donations to the causes they support.

Deepika and Ranveer have requested their guests to make donations to foundations that they personally support instead of showering them with wedding gifts. These organizations are believed to be 'The Live Love Laugh Foundation', 'NIMHANS' and 'TISS'. The Live Love Laugh Foundation is Deepika’s personal social cause venture which she set up to help individuals cope with mental health issues after she herself was diagnosed with clinical depression.
