The show, as they say, must go on. Come what may. And tomorrow at 9 am, Sajid Nadiadwala’s Housefull 4 that was looking in disarray yesterday with the exit of #MeToo biggies Sajid Khan and Nana Patekar, will be back on track. Shooting will commence at Lokhandwala where an elaborate set has been mounted for the fourth schedule of the comedy franchise in Mumbai.
The big news is that the director coming in to replace Sajid Khan who had to step down from Housefull 4 after he was accused by a journalist, an assistant director and an actress of sexual harassment in the #MeToo war on Bollywood, is the much liked Farhad Samji of Sajid-Farhad fame. In the film industry, more than his being a good director and writer, Farhad is recognised as a good human being.

The writer-director duo Sajid-Farhad had earlier directed Housefull 3 when there was some disagreement between Sajid Khan and Sajid Nadiadwala. Now Farhad steps in alone to finish the film which is almost 60 per cent done. The industry is full of praise for how Sajid Nadiadwala managed to pick up the pieces of his film in a day and is ready to start shooting tomorrow. A tight cordon of security has been thrown around the Lokhandwala set.
Who Will Replace Nana Patekar?
