Jaane Yeh Kyun Kiya: Farhan Akhtar's first Hindi single is all about heartbreak and desolation

After intriguing the audience by sharing glimpses of his debut Hindi single Jaane Yeh Kyun Kiya, actor-director-producer Farhan Akhtar has finally released the song today and we must say, you just cannot miss it. The song is not only sung and penned by him but has been composed by him as well, in collaboration with Indian composer Rochak Kohli.

Sharing the music video, Farhan wrote on Twitter, "Here we are... from @rochakkohli and myself for you." It beautifully captures Farhan's heart aching moments in loneliness as he griefs the death of his wife. Shot in the beautiful locales of Iceland, the video juxtaposes black and white narratives of past and present times, depicting happier times to the current misery. His husky voice adds to the poignant mood as he feels lonely in the desolate world.
