Shah Rukh Khan says he owes his success to Salman Khan’s father Salim Khan

Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan are the most loved and popular celebrities of Bollywood. The two reigning Khans can polarize the entire country in two teams and their tiff a few years back had become national news which left many fans upset and dismayed. Of late, the fans were overjoyed when SRK and Salman shared the stage on Dus Ka Dum 3 finale with Rani Mukerji. During the episode which was a laugh-a-riot, King Khan talked about his days of struggle and said that he owed his success to Salman’s father and screenwriter Salim Khan.

Shah Rukh said recalling his struggling days, “The first time I came to Mumbai as a struggling actor, I had my meals at Salman's place where Salim Khanji supported me a lot. It is because of them I have become ‘Shah Rukh Khan'. I have come on the show only because of Salman and I will go wherever he tells me to go."

SRK and Salman along with Rani had a fun time recalling days from shooting their film Kuch Kuch Hota Hai that also starred Kajol in the lead. Reportedly, Rani has a cameo appearance in SRK’s film Zero and will be seen sharing screen space with him and Kajol.

On the work front, Shah Rukh will be next seen in Aanad L Rai’s Zero which also stars Anushka Sharma and Katrina Kaif. He will be seen playing the role of a vertically challenged person and reportedly has a double role in it as well. Katrina plays an actor whereas Anushka plays the role of a scientist in the film. One of its teasers was released with Salman’s Race 3 release and featured the two actors in it. Zero is slated to release on December 21, 2018.
