Seems like Ajay Devgn's much ambitious project -- Taanaji: The Unsung Warrior, has got a new addition on board. Producer Bhushan Kumar has showed interest in producing the big budget costume drama.
As per a report in a leading daily, the T-series honcho flew down to London to pay a visit to Ajay and discuss the modalities of the project. This is for the first time that Kumar is producing a costume drama at such a grand level and that's what excited him to be associated with Taanaji.
While not much is revealed about the film, the work on it has begun. The sets are being constructed and the hunt of suitable faces for characters is also on. However, it's Saif Ali Khan, who will be seen playing an antagonist, Udaybhan Rathod, the Rajput officer and fortkeeper appointed by Jai Singh, chief of the Moghul army under Aurangzeb.
It was also speculated that Kajol will be seen playing the role of Taanaji's wife. However, no official announcement has been made regarding the star-cast yet.
