Shahid Kapoor, Mira Rajput buy their dream house in Worli for whopping Rs 56 crore

Ever since Shahid Kapoor and Mira Rajput tied the knot in 2015, they have been giving us major relationship goals. Now, it seems that one of the Bollywood's most loved couples, has also zeroed upon their dream house, making us go green with envy yet again.

As per a report in a leading daily, Shahid has bought a duplex in the upscale Worli area of Mumbai for a whopping amount. Reportedly, he has paid Rs 55. 60 crore for the house and Rs 2. 91 crore as stamp duty to the government for its registration. The couple, who currently resides at Praneta building at Juhu Tara Road, were looking for an apartment for a while and now they have finally got one in a big-ticket realty deal.

The report further suggests that the flat is on the 42nd and 43rd floors of the building Three Sixty West. With the area of the floors being 427. 98 square meter and 300. 48 square meter including a balcony of 40. 88 square meter, the total area of the apartment ends up to 8625 square feet. Moreover, they get six car parking spots in the building. The deal for the house was finalized on June 27, 2018 and it has been registered in the names of Shahid Pankaj Kapoor and Mira Shahid Kapoor.

Interestingly, other celebrities like Akshay Kumar and Abhishek Bachchan, also have flats in the same building. While Abhishek had bought a flat for Rs 42 crore in the same building in 2014, Akshay purchased a flat in the building in 2015.

Meanwhile, Shahid and Mira are expecting their second child after their daughter, Misha. On the work front, the actor is busy wrapping up the post production work on Batti Gul Meter Chalu.
