Ishaan Khatter and Janhvi Kapoor have emerged as stars, as expected, with their debut film, Dhadak. The praises are coming in from all the corners, especially for the beautiful chemistry between the two. And actor Shahid Kapoor is also singing the same tune.
In a Facebook Live session happened recently, Ishaan talked to the audience about the film to gauge their reaction. While promoting it, he answered a question asked by a fan who wanted to know what his brother, Shahid told him after watching Dhadak. An elated Ishaan mentioned that his brother was happy and complimented him. He said, "My brother saw it last night. He is very happy. He liked us (Ishaan and Janhvi) together. He said ‘You two are really great together’. It feels weird talking about ourselves".
He also revealed what his mother, actress Neelima Azeem told him about his performance in the film. In fact, Ishaan, quite excitedly, mentioned that the actress is so impressed that she's going to watch Dhadak for the third time in a row. He said, "It is a very big deal for me that my family likes my film. My mother watched the film and told me she liked it much more than she expected. Honestly, after watching Beyond the Clouds, my first film, she was very surprised. With this one (Dhadak), she is just happy. She is gleeful. She is going to watch it for the third time tonight. That means a lot to me".
Well, both Ishaan and Janhvi deserve all these compliments!
