The Jugni song has been Bollywood’s obsession for quite some time now. Films like Oye Lucky Lucky Oye to Cocktail the filmmakers have experimented with the song time and again. However, no one has incorporated the song in the psyche of the film the way Tigmanshu Dhulia has done for his Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster series. This time for the third installment the makers have roped in Nooran sisters and given the song a Rajasthani folk song vibe since the film is based in the desert state. The song is titled Kesariya Jugni and has been penned by Kumaar and composed by Aanjan Bhattacharya.
Today, the video of the song was released, which captures Sanjay Dutt’s menace and anger. The video has only three colours – black, white and red. It is symbolic in a way that the film franchise is a gritty drama fueled by lust, desire, violence, and gore. Dutt’s steely eyes get a rare quality coupled with Nooran sisters’ earthy voice.

The video shows Nooran sisters, Sanjay and a couple of background dancers. However, Kabir Bedi, Chitrangada Singh, Jimmy Sheirgill and Mahie Gill appear in portraits. Sanjay’s malice and anger get directed towards these four stars and we get to see splatters of blood appear on their pictures. Sanjay is seen handling a gun and shooting the props, also smashing them probably trying to vent his anger.
Saheb Biwi Aur Gangster 3 is the third film in the franchise and is all set to release on July 27, 2018. The film stars Sanjay, Jimmy Sheirgill, Mahi Gill, Soha Ali Khan and Chitrangada Singh. The original Jugni track was sung by Babbu Mann while Jazzy B rendered the version featured in the second installment.
Meanwhile, Sanjay will also be seen in the period drama Panipat alongside Arjun Kapoor and Kriti Sanon. He will also share screen space with Ranbir Kapoor in Shamshera in which he plays the main antagonist. Sanjay is also teaming up with Madhuri Dixit in Kalank which also stars Sonakshi Sinha, Aditya Roy Kapur, Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt and Kunal Kemmu.
