Arjun Kapoor has gladly taken the responsibility of being the typical elder brother to his sister Anshula Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Khushi Kapoor. While Anshula and Khushi are busy with lives, Janhvi is in the public eyes lately with her debut film, Dhadak, releasing in just three days. While her excitement and nervousness is expected, her elder brother, too shared his excitement on social media.

Earlier today, Arjun shared a boomerang video on his Instagram story which is captioned as "Dhadak releases in just over 72 hours!!!! Say what!!!!". He made his excitement for the release clear with the hashtag "OMG". This isn't the first time Arjun has opened up with his support towards his little sister. During the trailer launch of Janhvi's debut film, Arjun posted a long emotional yet motivational message for the debutante.

He wrote, "Tomorrow you will be part of the audience forever @janhvikapoor cause your trailer comes out... Firstly, sorry I’m not there in Mumbai but I’m by your side, don’t worry. I just wanted you to know this profession is amazing if you work hard, be honest, learn to take the accolades with the brickbats, respect opinions, yet follow your own path & instinct. It’s not gonna be easy but I know you are ready for all the madness that will ensue. All the best for #dhadak! I’m certain my friends @shashankkhaitan & @karanjohar have presented you & @ishaan95 as the modern Romeo & Juliet with elan !!!" To this, Janhvi replied saying, "I will make you all proud."

Arjun, who had been on bitter terms with his father Boney Kapoor, become the backbone and strength for him when his step-mother, Sridevi passed away. Since then, the half-siblings have also shared a new found love and shelter by each other's side.
