Actor Vicky Kaushal was out of the country when his last release, Sanju, hit the theatres. The movie created a hysteria at the Box Office and Vicky got immense appreciation for playing Sanjay Dutt's best friend in it. He played the character called Kamlesh Kanhaiyalal Kapasi, a man who helps Dutt fight the hard times in his life.
Now that Vicky is back in the bay, he made it a point to meet the gentleman whom he actually played on screen, Dutt's real-life friend, Paresh Ghelani. The actor met Ghelani in the city the other day and posed for a photo with him. Here:
It is said that it was Paresh who helped Dutt in the US and supported his father, actor Sunil Dutt, while he was trying to make his son quit substance abuse.
However, this was not for the first time that Vicky met Paresh. The actor had earlier mentioned in his interaction with the media that he used to talk to him over phone to prepare for his character in the film. He met Paresh once in India before but didn't hang out with him.
Recently, Sanjay Dutt himself announced that his friend had joined Twitter. He wrote:
