Sunny Leone recently launched Karenjit Kaur: The Untold Story of Sunny Leone on ZEE5. At the launch event, she talked to the media and answered questions about her past, the truth in her documentary and how she deals with people's criticism. To her credit, she answered all questions with equal dignity and confidence.

Sunny talked about getting emotional while shooting for the part that focuses on her parents in the show. She said, "I had an emotional outburst on the sets almost every day. It was really hard and it’s still hard. When your parents are not there anymore, you miss them and it’s very natural and I love them very much".

The actress has been subjected to unreasonable bashing. Sometimes, her name has been dragged into the issues which had no connection with her. She is a common target of the self guardians of morality in the society. But, Sunny says she remains unfazed by this. During the interaction, when she was asked to comment on feeling 'victimized', the actress said, "I don’t see myself as a victim but a soft target, maybe. I believe that people should have the right to say what they want to say, how they want to say. Whether it’s right or wrong, that’s their choice and their own moral standing of how they want to live their lives and say the things that they want to. They all have their own journey, their own stories that they want to take"

She added, "I kind of rush it off because it’s nonsense. I think if there are any rational people out there or rational media people out there, you get to know when it’s nonsense and you know when it’s not. Sometimes they do get on my nerves, but does it hurt me? No. Is it annoying? Yes!"
