Looks like controversies and Salman Khan have a never ending relationship. This time, the actor is in a legal soup due to alledged constructions at the star's lavish family farmhouse in Panvel , Arpita Farms.
Salman's Panvel farmhouse comes under the eco-sensitive zone, which restricts them for certain actions, like further constructions. The law, that prohibits constructions of more infrastructure, stood broken by the star's family as there have been nine new alledged constructions on the same land.
Maharashtra's forest department sent a legal notice to Salma's father, Salim Khan, seeking a reply on the same. The notice stated their findings of illegal constructions and also warned them to respond to the notice, because if they didn't a legal action will be taken against them.
"As per an earlier notice dated November 21, 2017, an offence was registered for violating the Forest Act for cement/concrete construction on your Arpita farms. After this office checked the documents, it appears that you have done such illegal constructions repeatedly. It is seen that these offences have taken place at Arpita farms,...Within seven days of the receipt of this letter, what you have to say in the matter be tendered to the undersigned. If you do not give any explanation in the matter within the said time, then it would be presumed, that you have got nothing to say in the matter and legal action shall be taken against your family, which you may note," read the letter in Marathi.

Meanwhile, Wajpur's forest officer SS Kapse, who had issued the notice to the Khans, has been 'shifted out' of his jurisdiction. He has challenged the transfer. Ownership rights of the property rest with Salman Khan, his sisters Alvira and Arpita, brothers Arbaaz and Sohail and mother Helen. On being asked to comment on the same, Salim Khan told a leading news portal, "Right now, it's an allegation. We will speak at the right time. I have nothing more to say."
