Rajkummar and 'Robot masked' Anil abduct Aishwarya in Fanney Khan's new poster

With its interesting names and never-ending legal battles, Fanney Khan has been in the headlines since the time it was announced. Starring Aishwarya Rai Bachchan, Anil Kapoor and Rajkummar Rao in lead roles the film is a tale of bringing dreams to reality.

The makers of the film have shared a brand new poster of the film after the teaser that was launched in June last week. It shows a prim and properly decked up Aishwarya with a bewildered look on her face tied to a chair. Standing next to her are the two men, Anil and Rajkummar. On the left, the veteran actor hides under the mask of superstar Rajinikanth's popular character Chitti from the hit film Robot. And to her right, Rao's attempts to cover his face with a scarf, expressing shock through his eyes on seeing Aish.

This poster is both quirky and interesting. We wonder what the makers intend to portray with it. It's teaser introduced us to the leading characters. Aishwarya is a pop singer who rules the charts, her aura and appearances are a proof that she suits the character well. Anil is a middle-aged common man whose dreams have remain unaged as he continues to practice his passion sitting on the rooftop of his chawl and is trying to make his big dreams come true through his teenage daughter.

The trailer of the film will be out tomorrow.

Fanney Khan is said to be the remake of Dutch film Everybody's famous. It is co-produced by Rakeysh Omprakash Mehra Pictures Productions and T-Series and is in association with Anil Kapoor Films Company Network and it will be presented by Bhushan Kumar’s T-Series and Rakeysh Om Prakash Mehra Pictures. The film will release on August 3, 2018.
