Shah Rukh Khan is well-known not only for his acting prowess and super hit films but also his legendary wit and charming oratory skills. Give SRK a mic and lead him onto the stage and he will surely make even a boring sombre event into a laugh-a-riot.
SRK was present with wife Gauri and elder son Aryan at the engagement bash of Akash Ambani with Shloka Mehta at the Ambani residence. He was seen at his wittiest best while he addressed the gathering and went on to pull Mukesh Ambani’s younger son Anant Ambani’s leg with his rumoured girlfriend Radhika Merchant.
A video that has surfaced from the bash shows Shah Rukh on the stage with Radhika and asking Anant to rate her performance. To this Anant emphatically says, “10 million” and later on adds, “Infinity” to his reply. Radhika is seen blushing as she stands next to SRK on the stage. However, Shah Rukh does not stop there and asks him, “Tumhari koi girlfriend nahi hai?" taking a dig at Anant when Radhika is standing right there next to SRK.

After this oh-so-subtle question, Shah Rukh proceeds to reveal how to know whether one has a girlfriend or not. He says that it is a common behaviour for people to save their most loved person’s number as the first one in their contacts and asks Anant to show him his phone.
When Anant gestures to throw his phone towards SRK, the actor once again pulls his favourite scapegoat’s leg and says, “Jio ka phone hai bhai phek de koi fark nahi padta. Tere pas toh bohot honge.” Shah Rukh is well-known for pulling people’s leg at events. He once asked cricketer Harbhajan Singh in jest at an event, “Tera ghar kab basra hai,” when it was well-known that the cricketer was in a long-term relationship with model-actress Geeta Basra.
Speculations have been rife that Anant and Radhika are dating and they might announce their engagement once Anant’s older siblings Akash and Isha get hitched. Radhika is the daughter of Viren Merchant, CEO and Vice Chairman of Anchor Healthcare. The two have been “good friends” for a long time.
