Cut to Deepika Padukone. As of yet, the Padmaavat actress does not have a pet, not in the public know at least. Does she wish to? Definitely, yes. In a video shot for a leading magazine, Deepika tried nine things she has never done before. One of them being answering a fan question on helium. A user on Twitter asked the 32-year-old, "If you could have any animal in the world as a pet, what would it be and why?" Inhaling the gas from a balloon, the starlet confesses, in a hilarious but equally cute voice, "I want a dog." The secret's out guys, this beautiful lady is quite a dog lover! Don't be surprised if she brings home a furry friend anytime soon.

It was only earlier this year that Deepika shot for an ad with "adorable(& not so little)" buddy, a golden retriever. Dressed in a mustard yellow top, she posed with a pout kiss for the dog as he sat beside her on a bed.

Workwise, Deepika was last seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmaavat. While she is currently a break from her hectic schedule, there have been no announcements about any future projects so far. Meanwhile, rumour mills are abuzz that she is set to tie the knot with beau Ranveer Singh towards the end of this year.
