Sumeet Vyas, after flooring everybody in the web series Permanent Roommates and proving the surprise package in Kareena Kapoor and Sonam Kapoor upcoming film Veere Di Wedding whose trailer released this week, now seems to be walking down the aisle in real life, that too for the second time! Sumeet is rumoured to be in a relationship with TV actress Ekta Kaul and the couple are all set to take their marriage vows in September.
The two had kept their relationship under wraps and nobody knew that they were dating and serious about each other. However, now a tabloid has spilled the beans about their upcoming marriage. A credible source revealed that Sumeet and Ekta have been dating for some time now but the details of how they met and when the cupid struck, is not known. Apparently, Sumeet wooed Ekta with his charms and found a way to her heart.

This will be the second marriage of the 34-year-old actor Sumeet, who is married to actress Shivani Tanksale for a long time. However, as per media reports, the marriage has hit a rough patch and the couple is headed for a divorce. Sumeet and Shivani have not revealed the reason for their divorce. On the other hand, Ekta was supposed to get married to her Rab Se Sohna Isshq co-star Kanan Malhotra but things didn’t fall into place, and they called it quits before taking the seven vows.

Of late Ekta has been sharing cryptic pictures of her holding hands with someone and putting up captions like, “From today until forever.. #soulmatesunited #dealissealed” and, “They didn't agree on much. A source in the know said, “They exchanged rings this February,” and that they would be getting married this September. However, the two have refrained from sharing any information and Sumeet who is currently in Malaysia, replied when probed, “No comments.” Sumeet will be seen on the silver screen opposite Kareena Kapoor Khan in Veere Di Wedding whereas Ekta is happily enjoying some me time right now.
