They say it's worth the wait...And if YRF is able to pull off this casting coup, there's none like it! After a hiatus of nine long years, the industry blue-eyed boy, Ranbir Kapoor has returned to the most coveted camp - Yash Raj Films. The said project is touted to be helmed by Agneepath fame Karan Malhotra starring Sanjay Dutt alongside the actor. The untitled project is said to be part of a three-film deal that Karan has signed with YRF.
Dutt last worked with late Yash Johar's produced Gumraah, which was directed by Mahesh Bhatt. Interestingly, Ranbir will be playing 'Sanjay Dutt' in his next film which is a biopic on the latter.

What more, it is said that along with Ranbir and Sanjay, Befikre girl Vaani Kapoor will also star in the project. Speaking about other details, most of it is being kept under wraps.
It seems Vaani is on a roll as well, as she is already a part of a two-hero project with YRF. It stars Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff and is directed by Siddharth Anand. The venture will be released on October 20, 2018.
Last month it had been revealed that Ranbir, who has just wrapped shooting for Rajkumar Hirani yet untitled Sanjay Dutt biopic, was excited about his interesting line up of films. Besides Ayan Mukerji’s upcoming fantasy drama Brahmastra, also starring Alia Bhatt and Amitabh Bachchan, he had apparently also inked Yash Raj Film’s next venture.
Although official confirmation is yet awaited, it appears that YRF in-house- a star-studded project is all set to grab big eyeballs.
On the work front, the Dutt biopic teaser will be out on April 24, 2018, starring RK in and as Sanjay Dutt.
