Earlier this week, the critically-acclaimed and commercially-renowned Bollywood actor, Nawazuddin Siddiqui was accused of having hired a private detective illegally to obtain his wife, Aaliya Siddiqui’s call data records. This came to light when the Thane police station arrested private detectives involved in CDR scams.
Following the massive buzz on the internet and in media, Aaliya opened up in a Facebook post about her relationship with Nawaz throughout the years, their kids Shora and Yani and of course, the controversy itself.
She shared that the buzz has caused immense shock to the couple. Previously rumors of their separation and divorce also made rounds in the news, but this particular news has led to her finally break the silence and speak out. Earlier, instead of understanding Nawaz’s point of view people started criticising his biography.
She went on to say that the two have been together for 15 years when Nawaz was ‘nothing’. They survived the tests of time and got married. They enjoyed whatever little they had it was with their kids that they feel their life was complete. Aaliya, belonging to a Hindu Brahim family has never felt pressurized to follow Nawaz’s religion/ideologies by him. She says he shares the same respect for her beliefs and that has kept them together stronger. He not only a good father and a husband but also a good human. He still finds happiness the same little things and people, like he did before.
The controversy, she says, has no foundation and he is being made a soft target because of his celebrity status.
