Following a cardiac arrest, legendary actress Sridevi succumbed to death on the night of February 24th. This sudden demise has caused heartbreaks and sadness all over the country.
Sridevi had already won thousands of hearts down south before she stepped into Bollywood. After having garnered a name for herself she got introduced to her role in YRF’s Chandni. And then begun Sridevi’s journey towards being an unforgettable and an iconic actress the industry had ever seen.

Lamhe was an idea Yash Ji conceived long before it was brought screen. The film was said to be ‘ahead of its time’ but Yash Ji knew having a successful Chandni on his record was the right time to gamble with Lamhe. He wanted to scout for new faces for the film, but Sridevi was the one who carved the movie for him. And then came on board Anil Kapoor.
