Purab Kohli finally hitched to his British girlfriend in presence of their 3-year-old daughter

Purab Kohli has won our hearts with his performances in movies like Rock On, Rock On 2 and Noor to name a few. This charmer has been in the news lately not for his movies but for his bold decision in his personal life. The actor has finally tied the knot with his long-term British girlfriend, Lucy Payton. Interestingly, the two welcomed their daughter Inaya three years ago.

For the uninitiated, it was Purab's conscious decision of not getting married under the pressure. He wanted his little one to be standing on her feet as they read their vows. Yesterday, the couple finally got hitched in Goa. Sharing the good news on social media was his co-star from P.O.W- Bandhi Yudh Ke, Amrita Puri. She took to Instagram to congratulate her dear friend on his special day. She wrote, "My Sartaj Singh is hitched! Congratulations to my reel life husband! Wishing you all the love in the world @purab_kohli & Lucy Kohli #mandown #sartajsingh #pow,".

Back in 2015, Purab surprised everyone when he announced the birth of his daughter Inaya and had no reservations admitting that she was a love child. He even went on to say, "When Inaya was conceived, we were not married and it didn't matter to me. When Lucy called me and said, 'Hey we are having a baby,' I said, 'Wow. Let's do it.' There was pressure to get married. My mother was the most concerned and my family did say you guys have to get married quickly when she was pregnant. But I was adamant about not doing it because I never wanted my baby to feel that we got into a relationship because she was coming." Lucy was a yoga teacher in the UK when she gave birth to Inaya.

Looks like the little family is ready for the next chapter in life.
