Lakmé Fashion Week Winter/Festive 2019: Abhishek Sharma, Kshitij Jalori and Sunaina Khera kick-start Day 3 on an exciting note

The Day 3 of the 2019 edition of the Lakme Fashion Week Winter/Festive was all about playing with traditional weaves that were executed in modern ways.

Kick-starting day 3, we had Abhishek Sharma showcase a stunning collection inspired by the elements of forest fused with pastel and earthy tones. Celebrating the forces of nature, we saw a lot of motifs, embroidery and embellishments in his collection.

Following his lead, Khsitij Jalori showcased his collection 'Arco' that focused on cut shapes, geometric designs and a basic colour palette. Drawing inspiration from architecture and decor, Jalori's ensemble give away a contemporary yet retro vibe.

Showcasing all things pretty, Sunaina Khera's new designs took us by an elegant surprise. Featuring a variety of ensembles including drapes, lehengas, gowns and dresses, we saw a lot of bling, glitz and understated glamour in her ensembles.

From muted pastel and playful hues to bold, eccentric colours, we saw them all.

Well, all in all, an exciting start to Day 3. Wouldn't you agree?
