Ace designer Ritu Kumar's collection titled 'Hip Hop Baroque' was basically street couture meets rap culture. The collection inspired by the rebellious spirit of the past subcultures was  dominated by asymmetrical prints, colourful sequins, sheer fabrics, pleated dresses and statement long belts. Besides the signature Ritu Kumar prints, we witnessed a slew of shimmer jerseys, georgettes, metallic sheen and hand-loom sequinned fabrics.  Plus, if you thought only long belts were having a moment, Ritu Kumar just paved the way for fanny packs.
