Tunisha Sharma's suicide case has been taking new twists daily. The latest twist in the tale was the involvement of a person named Ali who was claimed to be her boyfriend by Sheezan Khan's lawyers. Now, reacting to the same, the actress' uncle Pawan Sharma told a news portal that Ali was Tunisha's gym trainer and not boyfriend.
According to Pawan, Tunisha's family members knew Ali for quite some years. In his statement, he said Ali was training Tunisha 5 years ago and wasn't in touch with anyone recently. However, "Post Tunisha’s break-up with Sheezan, when she saw Ali on the dating app, they both connected at the gym. Since they were familiar with each other, they exchanged numbers," said Pawan.

He further clarified, "Tunisha had told Ali's story to the family members. In fact, we knew that Tunisha was going to meet Ali for dinner and coffee. There was purely friendship between them. Before December 23, Tunisha and Ali met two-three times. But calling him a boyfriend on behalf of Sheezan's lawyer is absurd. Ali and Tunisha were good friends."
A couple of days ago, Sheezan's lawyers claimed in court that Tunisha was on a video call for 15 minutes with Ali before committing suicide on December 24, 2022.
